Cooperation on AI-based data analysis solution for savings banks

fino.digital and GuideCom cooperate on AI-based data analysis solution for savings banks

The digitalisation partner GuideCom will build on the know-how of fino.digital’s data analysis experts in future and open up new opportunities in financial advice for advisors and corporate customers of savings banks with the help of integration into the sales software.

Kassel/Münster, 21. Mai 2024 – Established digitalisation partner GuideCom and fintech company fino.digital, which specialises in account and data analysis, are joining forces. As part of their cooperation, GuideCom will integrate fino.digital’s AI-based data analytics solution into its sales platform, the GuideCom Sales Cockpit, and thus make it available to savings banks for corporate customer business, among others. A total of around 330 savings banks are GuideCom customers and use the Sales & Service Cloud, which includes the Sales Cockpit.

‘We are working every day to drive forward the competitiveness of organisations in increasingly digital times through innovative services – by embedding the fino.digital solution in our Sales & Service Cloud, we are taking another important step and raising the digital transformation in the savings bank sector to an even higher level,’ says Günter Meyer, CEO of GuideCom.

Aleksandar Jeremic, CEO of fino.digital, explains: ‘We are delighted to have found a strong cooperation partner for innovative sales solutions in the financial sector in GuideCom. As experts in account data, we know that transaction analysis creates real added value in financial advice. Together with GuideCom, we can optimally support the savings banks in realising this potential for advising corporate customers.’

With the customer’s consent, the software integrated into the GuideCom Sales Cockpit analyses their account transaction data in real time and transforms the information it contains into valuable knowledge. The analyses of income, expenditure, loans, credits and contracts across the entire customer portfolio are displayed to the advisor in a detailed overview and enable a holistic view of the customer’s financial situation, from which additional sales impulses can be derived. This optimises both new and existing customer advice: thanks to intelligent account transaction analysis, the advisor can make relevant product recommendations for new customers right from the start, while for existing customers financial changes are shown, among other things, which can provide important impetus for the regular annual meeting, for example.

‘The account transaction analysis has enormous advantages for both the savings banks’ advisors and their customers. For example, both sides no longer have to spend a lot of time preparing for the consultation appointment. At the same time, the automatic recognition of sales potential helps corporate customer advisors to advise their customers in the best possible way with customised products,’ continues fino.digital Managing Director Aleksandar Jeremic.

GuideCom CEO Günter Meyer adds: ‘We consider AI and data analysis to be indispensable for the successful corporate customer sales of tomorrow, which is why we have chosen fino.digital as our cooperation partner. As a leading technology provider in the field of account & data analysis and with its AI-based analytics solutions, fino.digital transforms data into a valuable resource for even better customer advice in the savings bank sector.’
