The award ceremony for the “Großer Preis des Mittelstands 2023” (“Grand Price for Medium-sized Businesses”) competition took place in Würzburg at the weekend.
Of the 233 nominees for the federal state of Hesse, fino made it into the TOP 5 finalists and our colleague Patrick Brückner, one of the fino founders and CTO, was delighted to accept the award.
We are really delighted to have been honoured as a finalist. After all, the Großer Preis des Mittelstandes honours companies that drive innovation and create real added value for their customers and partners with a clear strategy, strong values and a high degree of flexibility through customised solutions – all criteria that define us at fino and are particularly important to us.
Founded in 2015, fino revolutionised the financial sector with the first digital account switching service. Since then, fino has continued to develop and is now the market-leading innovation driver for software solutions for account and data analysis, document management, regulatory affairs and taxes. Because we believe that data-driven business models are the future, we have also expanded our expertise in the area of account data in recent years to include AI-based data analytics solutions in open banking. In this way, we transform data into valuable knowledge and create prospects for new business models.
We are proud and grateful that the Großer Preis des Mittelstandes has recognised this development with this award. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire fino team! This award would not have been possible without the great passion and tireless commitment of our finos!
