How predicting account histories with AI-based data analysis
opens up new ways of analyzing risk, identifying potential and assessing creditworthiness. Dr. Christian Reichmayr (fino.digital) sorts out how AI-based account data analysis helps financial service providers to minimize risks.
Kassel/Berlin, 24. Oktober 2024
The account switching pioneer fino digital has gained a prominent partner for its latest solution: The renowned real estate platform ImmoScout24 is the first to offer the digital change of address from the Kassel-based fintech company. This enables ImmoScout24 customers who have found a property via the platform to make the necessary change of address automatically and completely digitally. “As an account change provider from the very beginning, we also want to do pioneering work when it comes to changing addresses – and are delighted to be able to do this with one of the most renowned providers in the real estate sector,” explains Aleksandar Jeremic, Managing Director of fino digital.
For ImmoScout24, the top priority is the question of how the company can offer its platform users the greatest possible support in all real estate-related matters – and this also includes the smooth process of moving house, including a change of address. “With fino.digital, ImmoScout24 can be sure of having the partner with the greatest expertise in the field of data analysis on board,” adds Aleksandar Jeremic.
Previous, non-digital change of address solutions were limited to forwarding mail and parcels. On the one hand, this is limited in time, and on the other, it does not indicate who receives any information about the change of address. With the fino.digital solution, on the other hand, users have the transparency to whom their change of address is communicated and to whom it is not. In addition, there is no time limit on the digital change of address. “We are now applying what we have successfully done for years with digital account changes to address changes and are therefore also using the great opportunities that open banking offers us here,” Aleksandar Jeremic continues. For example, after logging into their account, users receive an overview of the contacts identified by the solution as relevant contractual partners on the basis of regular account transactions. This could be their employer, insurance company or telephone/mobile phone provider.
“Since fino.digital was founded in 2015, we have been convinced that life is reflected in the account. The information from the account transaction data therefore also creates added value in areas that are not primarily concerned with financial transactions. Rather, they are ideal for mastering general life challenges quickly and easily, such as those that arise when moving. With the digital change of address, we are once again demonstrating the great potential of open banking and data analysis and how we can make life easier for our customers and their users,” continues Aleksandar Jeremic.
